I struggled with yeast for years. Iodine helped me the most. I put a drop on my tongue when I brush my teeth and then brush it into my tongue really good. The first time I did this, my tongue bled, so be careful. Probably ought to start with 2%, not 5%. I use two drops of 5% now, and my tongue does not bleed any more. Be careful not to get it on your teeth. I use a separate tooth trust to brush my tongue to make sure my teeth don't turn yellow from the Iodine.

If you are not taking Iodoral, I highly recommend taking it too. Google the article "Bring back the Universal Nutrient, by doctor Guy Abraham.

I have also mixed Iodine with distilled water 1:4. Then saturate a sponge with the solution, and insert vaginally. And I have put a few drops in enema water too. And of course, avoid eating sugar and milk until you have the under control. Then use the iodine to keep yeast in check.

Some say yeast normally flourishes to gobble up the waste that is created by other more harmful pathogens. Iodine also cleans up a lot of that stuff. You will detox if you take it. And in my humble opinion, that is a good thing. Here is the link to the Iodine Support Forum-
