Hi Marie. Have you had yourself tested for low aldosterone levels? Your summer sounds like my summer. I get chest pains,dizziness, and a racing heart from the heat waves which is more than usual this year. I just started salt therapy to boost my blood pressure. Made my heart rate drop from 103 to 75! But I'm still having insomnia.

I'm using Diamond Crystal all natural Sea Salt which works well for me. I just found out the salt you're using is recommended by Dr. Wilson so I may give that a try. Ever use electrolyte tablets? Or should I stick with sea salt?
