coffee enemas going well, however...

just had a question on these 'chili bean' looking things. dont know if anyone has actually identified them, however they sometimes have thin tails, and 'mouths' that look like the opening on an olive.

been sticking with coffee enemas, oil massage into skin, epsom salt/mustard baths, and minor fasting. i have been continuing to use ACV regularly, sometimes with honey, and occasionally using a kava root preparation with coconut water.

i have also started "Kundalini Yoga" designed by Ana Brett and Ravi Singh which i would recommend to anyone seeking to improve their overall health alongside any other treatment they are doing. the exercises are amazingly simple, yet extremely physically challenging, and the most beneficial and practical yoga i have ever done.

anyone else out there who is struggling, just remember that no one got sick like us overnight, so we cant expect to get better overnight either.
