i didnt hear anything in there about chelation of heavy metals or halogen balance. parasites can also cause these problems.

i think many of us carry long term chronic infections that are mostly subclinical but add to the overall toxin load of the body. large amounts of iodine seemed to take care of some of that with me.

you would be a good candidate for a gram a day of KI and the thyroid companion nutrients of selenium and boron and salt.

lets see if anyone else has any other ideas but iodine is essential and should be a part of your plan.

have you had any b12 injections before? done any niacin flushes? take a B multi?
