Re: How long does it take for your metabolism to go back to normal after a moderate length water fast (seven to fourteen days)?

Thank you for the reply. Would it still take 4 to 6 weeks to recover after just a seven day fast? Will the metabolism drop between seven days of fasting and fourteen be quite a big one? I'm caught between these two numbers, but if the drop is basically the same after a period of one week I think I'll go for the longer option.
