Copper toxicity can really creep up on you.... especially menopausal women who retain copper and can become quite toxic without knowing it... watch your emotions and for any hair loss.. if you start overreacting emotionally - you may be becoming copper toxic - and its not that easy trying to reverse it. I wouldn't recommend copper unless you were shown to have a marked deficiency.
