I think you're right and it takes time. You may have congestion that makes it hard for stones to break loose. I'm trying to speed the process up by using "stone breakers" and there are quite a few of them, i.e. chamomile in addition to the ones I mentioned earlier. I did get broken bits of stones this time, so something I'm doing is breaking up the congestion in there. I also think it's worth taking Malic Acid as well as the apple juice.

I would not experiment with different oils or use the egg yolks during the flush itself. A lot of people have done the olive oil/grapefruit flush and had the best results that way. I personally think the egg flush does something totally different, and I wouldn't risk compromising the olive oil flush by mixing them. I haven't heard anyone say the egg yolk flush produces stones and it certainly didn't for me. It may well be worth doing for other reasons, but not at the same time as the olive oil flush, IMHO.

I *hate* this flush process, so believe me, I want to get it over with as soon as possible, too!
