We have been juicing for several months along with my son doing a no gluten/dairy/sugar diet. My son just recently went back to earing pretty normally - but is still juicing. There is a lot of information about juicing helping to cure cancer and other ailments - so I think it would definitely help! We do mainly carrots/cucumbers/apples/celery because they give a lot of juice - just got a Hamilton beach big mouth off of amazon - think it was around 50 - 60. If you want to juice things like spinach/brocooli and things like that you need the other kind of juicer = they are more expensive . The juice actually tastes really good and is good for you! Fresh vegetable juice is also supposed to help the body with alkaline (?) which is supposed to help fight diseases like psoriasis, etc.
