It would seem that you are not jaundiced from what you have said, so the Liver may not be the root cause of your high bilirubin levels.
Passing Gallstones or part gallstones are then the most likely cause, but you need to have this diagnosis clarified as soon as you possibly can.

If you are not fasting at the moment then I would strongly recommend what I mentioned in my previous post in having sunlight exposure or supplemental Vitamin D3.

Let us know what your Doctor gives as answers to those questions.
