    Made my first ever batch of Kombucha Tea. Only drank a cup and shortly therafter developed a brutal headache and I typically never get headaches.

    Is this headache probably a detox issue?

    Thoughts?

    FWIW I made a gallon over 8 days using a little less than a gallon, maybe 3 quarts or liters, with 8 green tea bags, 1 1/4 cup organic cane sugar, 1/3 cup white vinegar. Taste was a little vinegary for me. Used 1 1/2 cups of sugar for the second batch...
