Hmmm, for me and caffeine, it helps to fast when I'm not at work because I use caffeine to deal with work and having to wake up insanely early. If you manage to last through a Friday, then you have Sat and Sun, 3 days are done, and after that it's coasting?

Also - and I am aware that there is debate on this in this particular forum - if I start the fast with an enema (water only, I'm not fancy), it's MUCH easier to last through the day. Now, on the subject of enemas, some ppl recommend you do one every day while water fasting, some people say if you do one every day while water fasting you will deplete your organism from vitamins and minerals, some people say enemas "weaken" the organism and so on and so forth, so it's your choice - I'm only saying what's worked for me in the past, not making medical recommendations ^_~
