Thanks for the response. I cannot be sure about the allergies. My diet is really simple. fruit, vegs, potatoes and rice currently.

I am contemplating losing the carbs for a bit to see if things get better.....more quickly.

The symptoms seem pretty much the same as they were... except I do not seem to have to urinate so frequently.

I have also noted a bit of loose stool recently... not sure what that is about.

Sinus headaches continue to be a problem. Any idea how long I can perform saline sinus rinses ?? I have been doing them 1-2X daily for relief (just water with a bit of salt in it). It does burn just a bit... but not 2 bad. I use 1/4 tsp of salt in ~2 oz of water.
