Ah yes, i remember the story now.

I'm reading the MH Way Newsletters that I printed last week. The 2011 Amish Newsletters are 108 pages long, so I think they're the ones you mean. I printed the Q&A's too. If I have to read them off the computer, I don't ever get to it.

What I did was print them and put them in a loose leaf binder that I take outside to read while I soak up some sun.

It's true that you're not allowed to say what an herb will help with. It's the same with the company i buy essential oils from. That makes it hard for ordinary people. It takes a lot of time to do the research and people already have jobs and housework etc. It means turning off the tv and away from other things that waste our time, like surfing the internet and electronic games etc.

It all takes discipline but what we want is for things to be easy. What I find is that it takes a lot of work at the beginning but that once I really understand and have the tools and herbs and habits I need, then finding health gets easier.

Taking the time to read and learn is crucial.

i'll have to order some B & W on my next order.
