You bring up a very good point MM. I have a three person near inferred,...and to tell you the truth I quit my daily use two weeks into humaworm. I FELT that it was depleting my magnesium, potassium, sodium, etc,...too much. I went to multiple daily coffee or baking soda enemas instead. I told myself it was because of the summer heat, because like you, I was staying in 60-90 minutes with no problem. I am diabetic,...not on insulin, diet controlled,...and I was fading fast,....the shakes, leg cramps all night, etc,...just too much FOR ME! I plan to return to the daily use when the heavy flow of parasites no longer require so many bloody enemas! To tell you the truth MM,....I can not believe how much is STILL coming out of this little 95# frame!

Good question,....I think your body will let you know what to do, Yes? :-)
