The "master cleanse", aka(unfortunately) "the Lemonade Diet " is some circles, involves a daily infusion along those lines--Many people use something like "smooth move", or another kind of "dieter's tea". I think I may have once stumbled on a ta like what you describe--unintentionally.

Personally, I'd rather experience the empty and light feeling with a salt water flush, using pink crystal Himalayan.I do sometimes wonder about something Andreas Mortiz recommended, for colon cleansing--called Oxypowder, (?) I believe. The value there, as far as I heard, is that it dissolves the 'crud layers' that are hard to remove. (and keep us form actually getting nourishment form our food.)And apparently, it does it painlessly,safely, without cramps, etc. Never tired it.

How far does water fasting go in these latter terms? I wonder.
