help with getting rid of candida - unable to tolerate anything much that kills if off

Looking for some help... I've had bad M.E/CFS/CFIDS for over 6 years, pretty much housebound - able to get out only a few times a week. I've got severe candida and low good gut flora. I'm not able to tolerate anything that kills off the candida at the moment, without having a massive die off reaction. Even taking probiotics or anything that stimulates the immune system - i get a massive skin reaction - red, itchy rash all over, and get very low in my mood. I know the candida is a big part of my energy problems, but I'm not sure how to go forward with it. I also have adrenal problems - they feel incredibly sensitive at times and get totally exhausted whenever I do anything much.

I was put on bovine colostrum over a month ago to build up my system. I only took it for about 6 days then had to stop. My skin has been terrible all over since then, and it has completely knocked out my sleeping pattern, which wasn't great before!! Often not being able to sleep til 5,6, 7am then having to sleep in the day. I have a red blotchy rash all over and lots of skin is peeling off.

I'm thinking I have a sluggish liver that is overloaded. I've tried dandelion coffee, which helps a little and milk thistle. I can't manage liver flushes - I'm not well enough for that.

Can anyone suggest how I can get out of this loop? to get the liver functioning again and kill of the candida/ replace the good gut flora? The adrenal issues are the other side of the problem - I'm currently just taking B vitamins which helps a bit. I've been on the anti-candida diet for years.
