I am confused about this

I read, "Anemia is related to thyroid disease. Thyroid hormone is necessary for red cell production. Thyroid disease can also elevate tTg (the blood test for celiac disease). Elevated elevated tTG may also include autoimmune liver disease, diabetes, or Crohn's Disease. Also, Rheumatoid Arthritis.

And

"Gliadin Antibody tests are reported to be elevated in quite a few other conditions, including Crohn’s disease, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, food intolerances (including gluten sensitivity without celiac disease) and irritable bowel syndrome."

SINCE I HAVE A THYROID PROBLEM, I CAN'T SAY I HAVE CELIAC DISEASE FOR SURE. I PROBABLY HAVE SMALL INTESTINAL BACTERIAL OVERGROWTH, TOO. I KNOW I HAVE FOOD INTOLERANCES BESIDES GLUTEN (IF I AM ALLERGIC TO IT), AND POSSIBLY IBS- if something with intestines is causing EC. My Gliadin Antibody level was high off the chart, but my tTG test was only moderately high.
