Sure you can call me Mike but don't tell anyone it's my real name :) Actually, it shouldnt matter since I have a pic of myself right in my avatar.
I think it is really good you are following your gut feelings. I believe everyone at some point or another allows themself to believe they have found the one and only, the holy grail of healing, and they put all their eggs into one basket and never get better. Sometimes its the new miracle supplement, sometimes its this diet, or that diet, or this cleanse or that etc. etc. Same with religion and spirituality. I once did the "mucusless" diet by Arnold Ehret, which is basically fruitarian with some salads here and there, and being a severe candida sufferer, nearly died from it. I had severe anaemia as well. Surely those 2 months of effort could have been channeled into something infinitely more productive like liver flushing or heavy metal chelation. But my reality simply did not include those methodologies at the time.
So I guess the real secret to accelerated healing is expanding your world view and doing a lot of research. But sometimes, being human beings, we just aren't going to do something unless motivated by others we know. I am guilty of this and waited years to do the Liver Flush because I thought I had already done several without effect. I thought- well my liver is "detoxing" from the flush and that is what counts. But NOPE! Totally blocked by stones and sludge and candida.
See-this is the problem we all face. So many people have ideas about an affliction but it is not adequately cultivated to encompass a complete understanding of, let alone cure of their affliction. Perfect example is candidiasis: most "experts" are STILL spouting out the same 'single celled yeast overgrowth' nonsense and have NO IDEA about the reality of the situation, therefore NO IDEA how to treat candidiasis.
I also waited way too long to do heavy metal chelation. But of course these are all just my mistakes. Maybe everyone doesn't make them :)
