Some Body believes in "calories" and has way too much time in life to goof off with such things created by the food industry.

Now if you did an orange juice "fast" and kept such records, complete with a daily weight, daily picture (video) talking your daily experience, etc. and went 40-100 days; then I would proclaim such a waste of a time a cool way to teach others how easy and beneficial is it and how easily it can be done to live on nothing but fruits.

I would drop thr water, up the fruit juice if you get thirsty and pitch all the vegetables...the rotted cod liver oil would truly make me puke before it touched my lips.

My wife would barf at the whole wheat as she has been on this anti-wheat kick for sometime now....

otherwise, taking such an interest in your own diet is GREAT...just ignore the calorie crap...man made it up, it is about as fake as the vitamin industry is....if you consume real human food, you can eat until your belly is full all day, every day for life and it can not harm you nor make you a fatty.....but consume wheat/grains and yup, they can fatten you up like the prize winning hog......but consume the same grains in a raw state, chewing them very slowly and not eat anything else and you will follow the best author I have ever read of that turned his body into a champion body in his 70's...

Veggetables? wormy rabbit food and yes, according to the late Hulda Clark, rabbits have contaminated the entire world with rabbit flukes that end up in humans, only they are too small for us to see them, so no one talks about them.
