I definitely do not want to keep it up long term.
If I am not preparing food at home it is very difficult to buy food outside that does not have ingredients that are not allowed on the diet list in particular table salt .
I read that systematic candida (if I do have it) can take from 3-6 months to clear, but there is a tier system of the diet where you can introduce things.

Here in Japan almost everything bought in the shop has

table salt
sugar
or soy sauce
or uses a unspecified oil


I miss okonomiyaki and takoyaki
