Broke my Fast. 21 Days!!!

Hello:
Well last nite I broke my fast. Went 21 days though.
I didn't break it correctly so needless to say I gave myself a tummy ache!!! Won't do that again.
This morning all my food stuffs flushed through (thank goodness, feel better).
I guess because I have been aggresively massaging my intestines the past few days and of course taking my LLB I passed a very long chunk of muciod plague. Geez yucky - gives me more incentive to keep doing the massage etc.
Maybe lost a total of 5 lbs. during fast (took alot of Olive Oil).
I notice that I have the strength to do a lot of things I couldn't do before I began my fasting journey.
I am going to take a break from fasting for awhile, not sure how long maybe a week, a few days or month. Will just eat one meal a day as usual and take my herbs.
I would like to try the "No Crash" next time (or my version of it, when I come up with it). I was up and down with my detoxing.
Was nice to have a long break from eating.
Now I have to get into the habit of using my Leg Shaker and a few other things!!!
