I guess the main point of using soybean lecithin or even Olive Oil or a mixture is to avoid the use of the Liver Flush permantly, avoid the build up in the arteries/veins, avoid the problems that cause MS, to avoid the problems that turn the brain hard, etc.

Just as cows do not need to eat lecithin to make their own lecithin, humans as well do not need to supplement with it, BUT when the diet has been so bad, that the liver and blood system is clogged, the use of RAW PINEAPPLE is my choice and the RAW PINEAPPLE diet has been known to support life past 250 years old. The use of lecithin is ONLY a non-natural method to counter a EVEN MORE unnatural liver flush.

I have seen many DREAD the liver flush and 80% will never do another the rest of their lives in my opinion, they hate the taste of the Epsoms Salts the most. The SAME medical books that suggest the use of Epsom's salts and olive oil, also states that Soy Lecithin will dissolve the gallstones, so to me, the idea of staying stone free has great benefit and I suggest Olive Oil first press would be the BEST, but "IF" needed, the lecithin supplement would be an idea while the person was deciding if they would ever convert to a more natural diet of fruits.

Many today have so many problems with raw fruits, they are so toxic that the raw fruit diet makes their ilnesses come out and this is not a welcome thing to most, but this does not make the raw fuits bad.
