Re: is drinking alcohol safe during the mc and if not what will happen if iam two days in do it?

I'm on my 5th day of my 3rd fast and last night I was at my sister's and had a small glass of red wine, thinking that it wouldn't hurt. HA!
Not only did it hit me like a ton of bricks, I felt like crap a couple of hours later and then had trouble sleeping all night. This morning I did the SWF and everything came out dark brown. Usually it comes out looking like the lemonade! I did feel much better afterwards getting that stuff out. All that misery for drinking a small glass of red wine.(It sure did taste good though!)
I'll never do THAT again, lemme tell ya!
