Day 7, any WWW left? had a funny dream!

I had a funny dream last night. I drempt that I went to a BBQ and forgot I was on the cleanse and started eating anything and everything. Midway thru the party, I remembered that I was fasting and I felt so bad!! It seemed so real, then I woke up and was so relieved that it was just a dream!!

I've lost 5 pounds in 6 days, and I attibute that to exercise. I've only missed one workout. I've had to take them down a notch, but that's ok. Just moving is better than nothing.

Even if I get no responses to my posts, I promised myself I would put one up each day and read your stories each day to help me get thru those 10 minute periods when I'm discouraged.
