everyone wants to lose weight on the MC, but whatever.
"they" were here when i got here, write awesome posts, and come off as puritanical,
but, i don't think they're trying to ruin this board or anything like that. think of how many fatso's (i am sometimes one) come here for two days and then disappear forever, but only after posting the most ridiculous stuff that, in fact, kills their MC, and then three days later there is a new round of posts about one meal a day or squiggly thingies in the pot or whatever.
i'm seriously trying to formulate an MC and raw foods plan for every day living for myself. i see both sides of the argument, but maybe in just this one place the rigidity is needed. having said that, i am also guilty of breaking the rules. i do Oxypowder, a no-no, although i would love to see what burrows woulda said about the stuff, because i want more out of the MC than the P+B gave me, and also because i am going to die if i have to do the SWF every day that i want to drink my lemonade. only the SWF intimidates me when i consider long fasts. once it's come back up, the memory stays. i cringe when i read people posting about how much they love their warm, a.m. broth. i always think, newbie, but who knows.
this is the premier spot to read about the MC and other issues. there's too much to learn here to get mad, however. just chill. sit back and watch the next "you" go at it with the uppperclassmen. it'll be happening by october 10th at the latest.
myself, i would like to do the master cleanser, cheat with a couple of essentials, look awesome and be healthy. unfortunately, i tried it and it didn't work. pauvre mia.
and, i am trying to lurk, not be in this malarky, but i feel like i used to be you, here, and i don't think that you should bang your head against the wall until you leave here frustrated.
now please, i need to resume my dreams or irish cheddar, spicy chinese noodles, wasabi peas, the granola from the hippie store with the hemp in it, and beer. gallons and gallons of belgian beer.
