Re: Go for 5 days

I was doing it with 3 others that I work with. One girl dropped out the night of day 5, another guy dropped out after Day 4. It is down to me and another guy. He is doing 10 for sure. I think today (day 8) may be my last day. Days 7 & 8 have not been fun or easy.

I think if I were not doing it with people from work, I would have stopped after day 3.

To me, it seems like 5 is the ultimate. More than 10 just seems crazy to me.

I think some people have the constitution for it and some don't.

The other guy here says he feels great and amazing and can go past 10 days as others have said. But I think if you have done 7 days and your body says quit, you should quit.

But try to go at least 5 and then see what ur body does.
