Re: Juicing lemons

I use a simple juicing gadget with strainer for citrus fruits. It costs less than $5. It can often be found at the dollar store and most grocery stores. It takes just a few minutes to juice lemons on it, then it's easy to rinse. I have a couple of juicers, but it would take more time to use the juicer because of the clean up.

I generally leave the pulp out of the juice, the point is to avoid digestion. The first time I tried the Lemonade cleanse, I was unsuccesful, I think because I used the pulp and it made me hungrier.
