Awright, Herb-Gal, Light, Nanana, I am joining you!!

I am overstressed from a family visit because of terminal illness and need to cleanse the food, stress, tension and early stages of the flu from my body.. so I am doing ten days, too starting tomorrow!! I had begun prep for a liver flush, but my intuition says this is a better idea right now, especiall feeling fluish. This will be my third cleanse, and the shortest, so far. The MC is soo doable! And the benefits, the main reason we do this.. are so great!!
