Angel, if you are choking the lemonades down, this might not be the cleanse for you!!

There are a ton of other ways to do wonders for your healt - cleanses fasts... how about lots and lots of fresh raw juices.. lots of variety, tons of nutritnes.. major benefits of detoxing without the lemonade cayenne thing to gag you!!! This is not supposed to be torture at all.. I hunted and hunted until I found somethign I love - I love lemonade and this cleanse tastes and fels wondeful to my body... (I still want to eat.. but that is another story)
Meanwhile, don't ruin yourself by having any bites of doo.. Pepe is being honest and direct.. you may have just set yourself up for some major cravings and suffering as a result of your 'cheat'. Don't eat on the MC - only you will suffer.
