If you're like me and the Herbal Laxative Tea works, be prepared to be in close proximity to your bathroom for about 1.5 hours. I am on day 10 of MC and today is my first SWF (I do morning/night HLT usually) and plan to do it every other morning and I'll tell you this, without a word of a lie, I literally choked down the last cup, which didn't stay down, so I got 3/4 of a quart down anyways and was lucky to be walking to the bathroom as I was finishing and just made it, if you know what I mean. Thank god for the little handheld Solitaire game thing I have - it gets boring in there.
