You can lead them to their waters... but you can't make 'em drink it.

If you find that you can't/won't drink your own urine, even if though there's tons of supporting scientific evidence and personal testimonies, then the reason is probably because you're body (or mind) is too toxic.

When you clean up your body completely, the thought of drinking your own urine won't bother you one bit. When your body is cleaned up just enough, the thought of drinking your own urine will be tolerable. When you clean your body, the mind will follow, or is it the other way around, when you clean your mind, the body will follow.

Either way, if you don't do either one, you'll be stuck in a catch 44 (double jeopardy: 22*2=44). But that's ok, because there's more than one way to skin the proverbial feline. Try other healing modalities, and maybe, you'll can heal your depression enough that you don't have to drink your pee at all.

At least until you get the courage too....
