yuck, is this normal? Please help.

Hi, today is day 4, will be day 5 in 1 hr. I woke up feeling horribly horribly ill. I am dizzy and nauseated like you would not belive. I woke up with an elevated heart rate and flu-like symptoms. I slept maybe an hour and a half and I am exhausted and feel like I could sleep for days, but I get into bed and feel very hyperactive, yet the moment I get up out of bed, I am sure I am going to faint. I don't know what's going on. I am also having excruciating stomach cramps and varios parts of my body feel like your foot feels when it falls asleep while the rest of your body is awake (my arms, and legs specifically). I'm worried. I don't know what to do? I feel like I'm dying. Is this just a detox? Has anyone experienced anything like this? I am so nauseated, I feel the NEED to vomit, only I don't have to (I have only thrown up like 4 times in my whole life). PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN
