Blood glucose levels in prediabetis is esily controlled woth a low glycemic diet! Stay away from junk foods no sugar no processed white foods bread rice pasta etc Even aviod high glycemic fruits!
Your high glucose levels may very well be from the fortamet stressing your pancreas ! Why take a drug that has so many side affects when a good diet will keep
your blood glucose levels in range!
