YES! The first 2 days were the hardest. Day 1 was terrible...I kept second guessing myself on whether the cleanse was necessary. I was thinking, "There are plenty of healthy people out there that do not do this!" But then I just kept on. A friend was telling me not to quit (she had just finished her 10-day MC). And now I am so encouraged by the progress I've seen (I've lost 5.5 pounds now and feel much cleaner), I want to continue on to see what else will happen.

I find this forum very encouraging. I think once you get that tea and things start coming out you'll feel tons better. By the way, Triple Leaf Tea is the company who makes the Super Slimming tea I had mentioned.
