Re: On day 8...how bad is coffee during the cleanse?

I dont purport to be an expert in ANY way, this is my experience. I am sure I will take heat for this and thats ok. I started MC a few weeks ago and quit with a RAGING HEADACHE on the first night, made some coffee and took some asprin. Then I started over 2 days later and I am on day 10 right now (BUT I have a cup of coffee (ONE) right after the lax tea in the morning)). No headaches (obviously) and I feel the best I have ever felt in my life so I know the cleanse is working, and the side benefit of loosing a gob of weight as well. So for me AT THIS TIME IN MY LIFE this seems to be a good compromise. My main goal going in was to clean out the gunk, and see how I felt. I am going to stay on for a bit longer becuause I do feel so good, and then begin eating a bit better as well, but similar to the coffee I have no intention of giving up some of the things I love ALTOGETHER, like Pizza or an occasional burger. I just wont do it every day.

The thing that is important to consider re: the coffee is that it is a drug, caffeine is an amphetamine I'd consider moderation, but remember, set your goals so you can reach them, then move on to bigger and better goals.
