Re: Eating before and after the MC

I've had good results, felt great, and enjoyed eating, on a "modified caveman" diet: Lots and lots of veggies, cooked and raw, chicken, fish and eggs (I try to do organic/free range when possible), a small amount of whole grains and beans, fruit, NO SUGAR, no processed foods, no white flour, very little dairy, no potatoes. I'm on day 8 of my MC and have had no detox symptoms, and have only been craving the healthiest foods imaginable, so maybe my previous diet has kept me in pretty good shape.
