It sounds like you had a panic attack. I use to get them but once I knew what they are, I can control them a bit now. Just relax and tell yourself that you are not going to die. You are doing something so wonderful for your body. You are almost done. Keep up the good work and start buying oranges so you can get back to eating and not worry so much.

Also, I read on here that a few people have really ate a lot because they could not help themselves and they did not die. They did feel sick after ward but no death that I know of. I am on day 15 of 20, Five more to go. I am also still worried about my first meal but more so because of how small my stomach is and how big my eyes are when it comes to eating. Wish me luck as well. I cannot wait to have some wine!! This has been the longest with out a glass of wine since I was 17! Stay safe, Mel
