I am unable to answer this question, I just know that I read when the toxins are out of your body you will have a completely pink tongue. I know there are some people who have reached it. You may not reach it on your first master cleanse, but most people do the MCF about four times a year. I have not gotten into the other cleanses myself, they scare me, and my doctor advised against them, she said if my test showed I needed them she would have prescribed something to get the parasites out but I don't show that need for it, she said my liver is fine and I have no gaul bladder.
