I also dropped the SWF a few weeks into my first cleanse. I found that it interfered with my morning workouts and was just too unpredictable for me to make it through my morning routine on time. I switched to the lax tea, which is also approved in the book, and I did not notice much, if any, difference. I do make an effort to drink several large glasses of water first thing in the morning along with the tea and hold off drinking the first lemonade until later in the morning.
