i am glad to here you are doing well on day 16. i wish i would have started at the beginning of the month #1 so i wouldn't forget what day i was on and of course #2 so i would be 16 days into it instead of the 10. (but i shouldn't complain, i am proud that i am where i am). i don't know if i should be sorry about your fever or cheering for you!!!! sounds like your body is cleaning house. i just got an image of you sending a cute little picture of a lady cleaning her house! so--you are liking the cayenne!! i love the stuff, hense the name cayenne queen. my lemonaide is actually red in color i use so much of it, never has been yellow. kind of looks like red grapefruit juice. my hasband laughs at me and askes if it hurts coming out the other end. well i am going to go take a nice Epsom Salts bath, i have been out working in my gardens all day and i am a filthy mess. i like to get right down in the dirt and dig around. take care. stay haappy and strong. cayenne queen
