I didn't realize you were already fasting, sorry. In that case, I would listen to your body. Are you having a candida flare up or concerned based on past issues? If the cleanse still feels good I would continue. If the candida is getting out of control, I would end the MC. You can always come back to it later. Whenever you choose to end the MC following the candida diet may be quite beneficial.

As for the sweating issue, I wonder if Zoe's improvement in this area was increased by her frequent detox bathes. I know when I add ginger (and/or turmeric) to a bath it really opens up my pores (I turn all red and sweat profusely). Perhaps this will help you too. Just beware - the turmeric will turn you and your tub yellow.
