I guess my question is why chug? How can you fit all that liquid in your body at once? Don't you get sick? If you feel OK doing it then more power to you, but I don't really think it's necessary. On my cleanse I loved getting up early and drinking my nice warm "soup" at a relaxing pace (about 15-20 min.) It was effective within an hour.

Did you use the lax tea the night before your SWF? Your BM could still be from that; I found the senna gave me more solid matter and the saline caused the butt pee and it was easy to tell the difference. I also enjoyed the relief of the cramping the SWF gave--almost instantaneous.

Just go when you've got to go and listen to your body. The important thing is to keep things moving, right? You will learn what works best for you.
