Re: Cramping

Everytime I eat ice cream, cookies, any desert item that
is very sweet I will get very tired and fall asleep within
15 minutes. I can eat small amounts of sweets (like one
or two cookies, a piece of pie, etc.) and I do not get this
reaction but if I eat a lot (more than I should be eating)
I get very tired and sleepy. I crave sweets constantly
but try to limit my intake as they are full of fats. Does
anyone else have this problem and what, except avoiding
them all together, can be done. A doctor of mine once told
me that you crave what you are allergic to? Do you think
that is correct?
