Is this the right kind of ACV I should use?

I'm planning on buying some ACV for removing moles due to rainbow's claims that it really does work. I also read on this site that moles are a sign of an internal potassium deficiency which could be fixed by taking apple cider vinegar.

Has anyone here removed *flat* moles by applying ACV externally? I know rainbow was successful(and that thread was recommended so I'm guessing others have had the same success) but rainbow said they were raised moles.
