modify liver cleanse to daytime?

I am trying to get strong enough to do a liver cleanse. I have multiple allergies and am having a problem with Epsom Salts . If I take only 1 tsp. I feel cold and light headed so I can only imagine what 1 - 2 tblsp will do. Will Es harm my kidneys if I take 1-2 tsp day to build up to the dose I need for cleanse? I had a cleanse scheduled last Fri. but eating no fat/protein by 5:30 PM my blood glucose was 60 and falling so I had to cancel the cleanse. Last night had attack pain, nauses, pressure, you know the story. I have multiple stones so I'm desperate to do the cleanse. Can a cleanse be done when having an attack if one could stomach olive oil? Is there any cleanse where I can eat some protein in the am? What would be better for me is if the cleanse could be modified to be done in the day, maybe eat late night. I live in a small house and find it hard to be quiet getting up to go the bathroom and such. Sorry so many questions but I am so glad to find this forum? One more question, do you really have to feel "good" to do cleanse. If I wait for that I will die with Gallstones or have surgery to get rid of the pain. Thanks.
