HI- i am not sure which level b/c i use a different comapny than you i guess. it came in a set of like 5 tapes- one is a general one i use often- the other is for change and so on. i tend to use the main one- it's like 25 minutes long and really relaxes me.
i have used EFT and it did help. i guess it's the same principal as to what you described- right? it uses the acupuncture meridians etc to tap on. it did help in an anxious state.
i really believe this is not psych but pure chemicals in the body cuasing panic. the resaoni believe this is b/c by taking care of the chemicals through detox/vit and minerals these have gone away for me. one time i got anxious about a month ago- i took an electrolyet pack and some chewable calcium. all anxiety gone in 20 minutes. not a joke- for real.
i have read choc craving indicate magnesium deficiencies. mag deficiencies can cause anxiety and deprssion. you may need this as a supplement. just thought i'd mention it.
