Like Ali said, if you visit natural healing sites regularly, you will prolly know most of the stuff.

Dr Schulze's newsletters look like an advertisement and a little cheezy, when you see big big ads. But that guy really doesn't care about selling his stuff. He gives out all his formulas, you can find them online, in books. If you suspect he is advertising his products, go ahead and make your own. And he encourages you to do so.

Kevin might have some good stuff to say, but he is trying to make millions from age old wisdom. There is another author..Robert Young, he has good stuff to say also, but they get into these 'getting rich quick schemes'.
