Green stool means bile. Your liver must have let out a good quantity of bile - this happened to me once or twice when I had a lot of carrot juice (during a carrot juice fast). Inother words, the bladder must have emptied itself. It is basically good news, for, this is what you aim at with a liver flush- to renew the bile production and improve the liver function.

Mucus is said to be result of bad eating habits, junk food is forming mucus into the intestine and, on the long run, this mucus becomes mucoid plaque (MP) a mucus with fecal matter that lies in your intestine and accumulates toxins. The intestinal cleanse (see Bowel management forum) aims at getting rid of this mp with fasting and the use of psyllium or other products.

Candida grows in a toxic environment and you want to take the toxins out so as to clean up your system. Your liver - has 2 main functions 1) digessstion 2) cleaning up the system. WIth candida, the liver is overwhelmed due to mp and often also due to heavy metals (toxic ) accumulation . THis is why we recommend first to clean the bowel and second to clean the liver.

In my opinion, getting rid of the mucus is real good news 'cause it will help you reach furhter down and get to the candida rizhomes (which forms in long threads- so in your stool- watch for thread and "snowball" flakes that look somewhat like ripped toilet paper- these are candida it its rishomic stage: the candida you need to get rid of.
