Re: liver flush and Three-Lac

I have done a few liver flushes and I was taking threelac. It didnt affect me at all. I did have a hard time drinking the Epsom Salts and water so I changed the water to Applejuice instead and it was much easier to get down. Also I noticed that if I put .75 cup of Olive oil and 1 Cup of grapefruit juice I got more stones out of my liver(the recipe calls for .5 cup of Olive oil and .75 cup of Grapefruit juice). Its important to have more grapefruit juice though. I tried it the other way around (putting more olive oil and didnt get as many stones and it was very hard to get down.

Also, I would suggest doing the liver cleanse now and dont wait until you are out of Threelac. Reason being is that the Espom salts seemed to make my colon more Alkaline and the Candida momentarily got worse. Therefore you should suppliment with Threelac after the flush or a good probiotic.
