Re: syclovir side effect?

I would try taking it in the morning. This is quoted from a site:

Directions (adults)

1) Start with 1 heaping tablespoon morning or evening. After 3 days increase to 2 heaping tablespoons.

2) First 30 days: Try to avoid bread, white rice, potatoes, pasta, corn, carrots, peanut products, cheese, mushrooms, bananas, apples, grapes, raisons and alcoholic drinks. Try to kill off as much fungus as possible in the first 30 days without having kill-off side-effects, which could be a headache or more than usual fatigue. These are signs that you are killing more than you are eliminating.

3) Build up to 3 heaping tablespoons per day if needed. Always take Syclovir by itself since it may pick up any other items. After getting free of parasites & candida, you may need to continue 1 heaping tablespoon per day to protect yourself in the future. (Children may use teaspoons instead of tablespoons in the directions)
